Thank you for your interest in Dizzy Pond L.L.C. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

We appreciate hearing from songwriters, composers, producers, artists, and other creators. To protect both you and the Company, please review this Music Submission Policy before sending any creative materials.

Unsolicited Submissions

Unless we have specifically requested your submission in writing, we ask that you do not send us unsolicited:

Songs

Lyrics

Demos

Recordings

Instrumentals

Beats

Music videos

Scripts

Treatments

Concepts

Story ideas

Artwork

Other creative works

We may decline to review unsolicited submissions.

Requested Submissions

If the Company requests that you submit materials, you agree that:

You own or control the rights necessary to submit the materials.

Your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Any review of your materials is solely at our discretion.

No Confidential Relationship

Submission of any materials does not create:

a confidential relationship;

a fiduciary relationship;

an agency relationship;

a partnership;

a joint venture; or

any obligation to compensate you.

Similar Materials

You acknowledge that the Company, its artists, producers, songwriters, employees, contractors, or affiliates may already be developing or may later develop music, lyrics, recordings, concepts, titles, melodies, themes, or other creative works that are similar to materials you submit.

You agree that you will not assert any claim based solely on such similarities.

No Obligation to Review

The Company has no obligation to:

review submissions;

acknowledge receipt;

provide feedback;

return materials;

retain materials; or

enter into any business relationship.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your original copyrighted materials unless ownership is transferred by a written agreement signed by both parties.

No License Granted

Submitting materials does not grant the Company any ownership rights or license beyond what is reasonably necessary to review the submission.
