Submitting a licensing inquiry:

does not grant permission to use any music;
does not create a contract;
does not create an exclusive negotiation period.
Written License Required
No synchronization, master use, publishing, mechanical, public performance, or other rights are granted unless contained in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
Music Availability
Certain recordings or compositions may not be available due to:
prior licenses;
artist approvals;
publishing restrictions;
third-party ownership interests;
contractual limitations; or
other business considerations.
We reserve the right to decline any licensing request for any lawful reason.
Pricing
License fees vary depending upon numerous factors, including:
type of production;
media;
territory;
duration;
exclusivity;
audience size;
advertising use;
distribution;
promotional value.
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee any particular pricing.
Delivery
If a license is approved, the Company will provide available materials in accordance with the executed license agreement.
